Registration is mandatory before submitting abstract

Guidelines for Abstract Submission.

Length of the surgical videos should be 6 minutes. Only .mp4 formats will be accepted.
Only High-Deﬁnition videos will qualify for submission: 1280 X 720 (720p). Image quality should be suitable for large auditorium screening.
Videos should be narrated in English language only, clearly done with no music, using high-quality audio recording. Computer-generated narrations will not qualify for submission.
Kindly add subtitles if relevant.
The water mark on the video will disqualify it from being considered for the award.
Please make sure patients appearing in your movie are anonymized.
The movie should not include any commercials for companies.
Be sure to obtain the affirmation of the copyright holder whenever you use work of other authors e.g. schematic Drawings.
All videos are to be submitted along with an abstract of maximum 250 words.
Title screen is required which states the following:

The abstract must not exceed 250 words.
The title of the abstract must be concise, avoid using abbreviations.
Abstract should include Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
Do not include images, tables and graphs in abstract.
The ﬁrst author will be considered as the presenting author.
One author can submit more than one abstract.
Last date for submitting the abstract is 30^th June 2024 .
The scientiﬁc committee reserves the right to accept/reject any paper without assigning any reason thereof.
Conference registration is mandatory.
The abstracts who do not receive the award will be requested to present their work as e-posters.
